You must be at least 13 years old to use eResume.live. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• You may use the resume builder without creating an account.
• Creating an account requires a valid email address or phone number for OTP verification.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service via automated means without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our explicit consent.

• Building and previewing your resume on eResume.live is free.
• Downloading a resume as a PDF costs ₹14 per download (or as per the current pricing on the website).
• Value Packs (bundles of multiple downloads) are also available at discounted rates.
• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all resume content you create on eResume.live. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our content: The eResume.live name, logo, website design, templates, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without written permission.

AI-generated content: Content generated by AI features (bullet points, summaries, etc.) is provided for your personal use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated text before using it in your resume.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that downloaded resumes will result in job offers.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always review your resume carefully before submitting to employers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eResume.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, employment opportunities, or revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Razorpay (payments), Firebase (authentication), and Anthropic Claude (AI). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data handling.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at eresumeslive@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
